Jason was the ideal choice to inspect the co-op I intend to buy today. He arrived at the property promptly, was warm and friendly and ready to work. He was very thorough as he made his way around the apartment carefully checking, examining and inspecting each item on his list. Once his inspection was complete, he had the report immediately available to me and patiently took the time to show me how to access it and explained each section of it throughly. He went a step further to highlight the items that he thought might need more immediate attention and explained why. I especially appreciated the knowledge and expertise with which he spoke when he discussed the report and answered my clarifying questions. Jason exercised professionalism and expertise the entire time and was a pleasure to work with. I’d recommend him without hesitation.

Jason was prompt, thorough, and professional, and we enjoyed working with him for our home inspection. He arrived early and had already started capturing pictures of the roof, and was very methodical in his work. He also spent the time teaching us about the house and provided recommendations on how to maintain the home long-term. We highly recommend him and will refer him to our friends and family.

Jason was extremely patient and informative when explaining the home inspection process to us as first time home owners. Although our schedules misaligned and we were unable to have Jason do our home inspection, I still wanted to give a shout out for him taking his time to explain things and for finding us another inspector who was able to work with our availability.
