Jason is very responsible and professional, our appt was 2pm, he showed up about 20min early to scout the exterior of the property using his drone. He will break down everything to you, what needs work and provides professional advice on how to proceed on any fixes. The report came back within 24hr with a lot of details. Highly recommended
