Jason was very thorough and generous with his knowledge. I was present for the home inspection and he gave me a full understanding of what kind of work the property needed. A lot of sellers do not disclose an accurate depiction of the property they're selling. I strongly suggest connecting with someone honest like Jason before you make one of the biggest purchases of your life. It's the best way to protect yourself financially.
