Jason did an amazing job on the home inspection. He was very thorough and professional. He came equipped with all the proper tools needed. Jason even took the time to explain things to me. During the whole process he took nearly 1,000 photos that we had access to in the report. The report itself is very easy to read and is simply categorized in need of importance. We will definitely be using Jason on again for our next home inspection!

Jason is the professional you want doing your home inspection. He gives you a detailed report with photos of the areas inspected that are safety hazards and areas that he recommends to have fixed, repaired or replaced before making the biggest investment of your life. Friends who I showed his final report to and the summary wished they had the information Jason gave me before they bought their house. And it’s the same 500 dollars that every other inspector is charging. And, I was there for everything that was in the report. He took the time to show me and explain what the problems were and what needed to be done immediately and in the near future.
