I usually don’t provide reviews but the level of expertise and customer service provided were superb and needed to be shared. Care for and thoughtfulness of the consumer are high ranked if you ask me. I felt as though I knew exactly what I was getting. The equipment used was high tech and the knowledge of the representative was next level. Jason was upfront, clear and honest throughout the entire inspection. At all times I felt as me and my well-being came first. I was included and informed of each step and brought to spew on things that I may not have had knowledge of myself. The wealth of information was superior. Jason was very easy to speak to. At times I felt that I had the cheat codes and was completely knowing of any little mark or clue left behind (house whisperer) lol. I felt that’s I got my monies worth and then some.

I had a great experience with Jason. He has decades of experience and really knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable and personable. This is the guy you want on your side if you’re going to purchase a home. 10/10.

Jason is an amazing home inspector. If you are a first time home owner, do not miss the chance to be with Jason during a home inspection when buying a home. He walked us through everything he noticed around the house and gave recommendations for quick fixes and remediation. He was thorough, noticed and checked every nook and cranny, and provided a lot of images in the report. We felt at ease knowing what we will be purchasing and any home issues that we could prevent. In addition to the knowledge he shared during the home inspection itself, the report was a comprehensive guide into fixing and maintaining our home. I have learned so much in the 2+ hrs we spent with him. I jotted so many notes during our time. And if you didn’t have pen and paper, he’s got that too!

Like most reviews posted previously Jason arrived early was professional and extremely informative on all issues or possible problems we may incur in the near future. We would highly recommend this inspector to any 1st time buyer or rental/ investment buyer. I could not be happier. His response and courtesy after the inspection was equally as impressive - answering all questions or concerns that I had about his report on my new home. Jason thank you! Jason was extremely professional did an incredibly through job. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. He took time to explain things as we went through the house. Jason's report was very detailed, with pictures, explanations and denotations of every section of the house. He did an excellent job.

Great experience. We were looking at a starter home in Yonkers that needed "work" and we needed an independent person to help us ensure we were not getting in over our heads. Starting with the ability to schedule an appointment online. Jason showed up early - flew his drone over the property to inspect the hidden sections of roofing (discovering all sorts of issues) and then we began the inspection. In each room Jason took pictures, explained what he was taking pictures of and why - which I found extremely reassuring. My wife and I peppered him with questions - he was patient and could clearly explain what he saw and let us know if there were potential issues. Total time was 2.5 hours. Comprehensive report delivered (detailed, pics, explanations) in 48 hours. Online payment. Follow up and texting communication was great. Will use him again.

We are first time home buyers. Jason was thorough, patient, professional, and had great suggestions that would be great short term and long term considering our budget. He was personable and easy to speak with. Buying your first house is scary and I felt at ease when inquiring more about certain things I didn’t understand.
