Great experience. We were looking at a starter home in Yonkers that needed "work" and we needed an independent person to help us ensure we were not getting in over our heads. Starting with the ability to schedule an appointment online. Jason showed up early - flew his drone over the property to inspect the hidden sections of roofing (discovering all sorts of issues) and then we began the inspection. In each room Jason took pictures, explained what he was taking pictures of and why - which I found extremely reassuring. My wife and I peppered him with questions - he was patient and could clearly explain what he saw and let us know if there were potential issues. Total time was 2.5 hours. Comprehensive report delivered (detailed, pics, explanations) in 48 hours. Online payment. Follow up and texting communication was great. Will use him again.

These days is hard to find peopple with this high level of integrity and Ethics. Jason inspected my home and also told me that if I needed him in the future he will come back to the property and evaluate any concerns I may have . He actually did the day of the final walk thru I needed him to look at a room that we couldn’t have access to the day of the inspection and he replied very quick to my calls and went to the house and helped me with the inspection of that room and didn’t even charged me extra for it .
