First off Jason was already recommended so I expected great service. He was communicated, prompt, and not only professional but informative. He ended up inspecting a second home when the first was not up to our standards. Jason is knowledgeable, precise, and very detailed. The fact that he knows a lot about structures and construction is a huge plus!! He is also a great guy who I now trust and you will learn first hand that you can trust him too. Mr. Escobar is a true professional with years of experience. Unlike a lot of home inspectors that do this job on the side, he is a full time inspector. He takes his time to inspect every inch of the home you are interested in purchasing and will give you a very detailed report of his findings. He takes tons of pictures to document what he has uncovered as potential issues that you may have to address immediately or in the future. After the inspection he walks you through the home to point out the issues he found and how best to remedy them. Although his findings are in his report its nice to have someone show you personally. I highly recommend Mr. Escobar as a home inspector as I value his professionalism.
