Jason was great he was extremely knowledgeable. Jason took the time to explain everything to me as I'm a new homeowner I had a ton of questions and he did not hesitate to take the time to answer them. I would highly recommend Jason to my friends and for future home inspections.

Jason performed a home inspection on a home for me this past saturday. Jason was early and had already begun inspecting the outside of the home before we arrived. The first and most important thing I want to mention about Jason is that he is HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY and a DETAILED home inspector. When I scheduled my appointment, I checked off that I wanted radon testing as well as the extended termite warranty. At the completion of the inspection he asked me why I wanted to have radon testing and I told him it was because I was advised by my sister in law that I needed one. He was completely transparent and honest with me and said I did not need one in the area of long island that the home was located. He also did not think I needed the termite warranty and did not charge me for that either. He is just a stand up guy which I appreciate so much since I am a new naïve first time home buyer. He walked us through everything he found in the house and spoke to us after each and every room he inspected. He treated the home as if he was buying it himself. Please do not hesitate to use his services for your home inspection, you will not be disappointed at all. His report comes in timely manner and is as detailed as he is. He is also well supplied in PPE and takes extra precautions during covid-19! Thank you Jason for doing such a terrific job.
