Jason showed up early, walked me through the entire inspection and even walked my wife around the house pointing out future problems. The report was ready in like two days! He is worth much more than he charges for his service. I highly, highly recommend him.

Jason is punctual, professional and a master of his craft. He took his time to thoroughly inspect the home and was able to provide a lengthy, detailed inspection report regarding the major, moderate and minor concerns of the home. I didn't feel like he breezed through it, he definitely noticed concerns that had escaped my eye. He also pointed out safety concerns and recommendations when appropriate. Jason got straight down to business as he said he would. This was a reference from my realtor, however he made clear some oversights I had and made me reavaluate what I felt was a necessary price adjustment on my offer.
