Jason was very thorough and gave a detailed report. I would recommend him to everyone I know who's in need of a home inspection!

I have used Jason Home Inspection for several years as a sponsor for my real estate agent CE classes in the 5 boroughs and Long Island. The feedback from the agents is "through the roof" (a little home inspection humor). Jason and his wife Diane sponsor about 20 of my 150 classes every year and I would allow them to sponsor more if they had the time, but they do about 450 home inspections every year! My name is Doug Vairo and I train over 600 real estate agents every month. I love these guys. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them.

Jason is very professional. He provides detailed reports and is more than happy to answer my follow up questions. There were issues with my house before closing and he was able to spot those and we are currently having the seller fix those issues. Great service, thorough reports, and worth every cent. Our daughter bought her first home 400 miles away from us. As parents, we were concerned to say the least. and being so far away, there was little we could do to make sure she wasn't getting taken. Jason was so thorough, walking her through every aspect of the purchase, the market, the value, the age and construction of the house, the condition of everything from roof to boiler, pointing out many things that we would never have thought of. He knew the area and its history, he knew what potential damage could be done from hurricanes, moisture, and wear and tear. I trusted my daughter's investment to this man without meeting him, and he exceeded our expectations by far. He even to this day, years later, offers counsel to her on repairs and maintenance, advises on contractors and repair persons, and has gone above and beyond to make sure she is safe and her investment is sound. We cannot recommend Jason highly enough.

We called Jason for an inspection on the house we were going to buy in 2015. We were kind of in a rush and he opened his schedule to accommodate. I met him at the house and he began his inspection. Jason took ME on a tour of the house. All the while pointing out problems (and possible solutions along with estimated cost) that he found. He tested every outlet and our electrical panel, where there was a legitimate issue that had to be resolved before closing. He checked everything from the basement to the attic, interior and exterior, dragging me along the whole time. I was exhausted! Jason took the time to explain everything he was doing. His written report was very detailed and professional. My wife and I just celebrated our 3 year anniversary in our home and couldn’t be happier!

Jason is a very thorough inspector. When inspecting my home in November 2016 he looked at pieces of my house I never would have expected a home inspector to. He climbed on my roof, was in my crawl space, climbed in the very small edges of my attic. He used radar testing to check for moisture, he did a very thorough scan for termites, and he was realistic about what was outside his realm and I would have to hire additional inspectors to verify. His take home packet was amazing! Who can remember all the things an inspector lists off at the actual site? No worries there, to this day I still use Jason’s packet while doing repairs on my house. He listed the 3 “big ticket” repairs so I would know going into purchase what I was going to be spending, giving me the option to back out of the offer if I chose. He even came back an additional day to inspect parts of my soon to be home that were not working day of inspection. Highly recommended, you will not find anyone more professional!
