Jason was amazing. He was super thorough his report came very quickly. It was filled with a ton of pictures and descriptions. He walked me through everything in our new house and taught me how to use what I needed to learn how to use. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspector in the New York metro area.

Overall great experience. Very thorough and helpful when going through report. Would highly recommend. Have to update review unfortunately. While he did a great job with our initial inspection, he didn’t show up to our final walkthrough we had scheduled. Since he only does final walkthroughs at 9 am the only time he’d been available was the day before our closing so we moved everything around to make it work with his schedule. Then he doesn’t show up and couldn’t make it until 4 pm that day or the next day, which was not possible for us as we were closing the next morning. Huge error on his part/the part of his team. Even if they’d emailed us a confirmation with the date we could’ve caught the error before it was too late…. Maybe something for improvement in the future.

Jason was awesome. He is prompt and clear with his communications. On the day of the inspection, he was already there before anyone, and has started checking around the house. He is very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave a lot of great advices and is still keeping in touch to make sure everything is ok. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs home inspection.

Jason was a consummate professional during the inspection of our first home. He captured plenty of photos of necessary improvements and provided detailed reports.
