Had an amazing experience working with Jason. Upon arrival, Jason was already there midway through inspection. He has excellent customer service skills and was able to explain every step of the inspection. He pointed out things to be aware of and was extremely thorough. Greatful to have had his assistance and tips he provided if I wanted to go forward with the purchase.

Jason was thorough! He took his time and explained everything to me as we walked through the house. I really appreciated his patience because choosing the right home is not a small decision to make and you want to avoid buying a “money pit.” I won’t be making any final decisions unless I get the home inspected and Jason is the guy to call.

I used Jason 6 years ago when I was searching for my first home in 2019. The first house I had him inspect was HORRIBLE. Things I didn’t see as a first time home buyer. I remember vividly Jason going off on the sellers about the condition of the house and the short cuts that they took. That showed compassion and professionalism. He’s not just out to make a quick buck but actually cares. I eventually found my home shortly after and used Jason again. He was quick, efficient and thorough. I arrived for my inspection early and Jason was already there and finished with the outside. I knew if I ever needed another inspection, he would be who I went with. No hesitation. Currently looking for another home and called Jason. He responded very quickly. Had availability and squeezed me in. Again I arrived to the inspection early and Jason was already there with the outside already completed. Reasonable prices. His report comes back within 24 hrs. Very detailed. Easy to read and understand. Very professional. I would recommend Jason 10 times out of 10.

If you want a home inspector that wouldn’t give you BS it’s Jason. Jason did an incredible job with our home inspection. He was there 15 mins before the appointment time, the communication from the time we made the appointment to the day of the appointment with spot on. He inspected our home like it was his home. The information he provided while doing the inspection was beyond expectation, he took his time to explain what was wrong and why it was wrong. The turn around time for we report was less than 2 days.
